Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Westman Atelier products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure your package is tracked and insured.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original luxury packaging and secure them in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
